This policy covers the 99 Games Studios iPhone titles listed below. It will be updated before another title begins collecting or processing information in a different way.
Data collected by the developer
99 Games Studios does not receive personal information, gameplay history, advertising data or analytics from ONE MORE, PERFECT, KEELPACK, ROTORPOST, RIMKEEP or STALL. These games have no developer account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or developer-operated server.
Information stored on your device
Scores, progress, earned stickers, settings and pending Game Center submissions are stored locally on your device.
Timing history, statistics, milestones, settings, Daily-attempt status and pending Game Center submissions are stored locally on your device. Its optional hidden FLIP practice mode reads device orientation while active; those readings are not stored or transmitted.
Voyages, company currency, ship upgrades, Daily scores and hidden discoveries are stored locally on your device.
Delivery streaks, Daily scores and hidden discoveries are stored locally on your device.
Shot results, Daily scores and hidden discoveries are stored locally on your device.
Your company save, recovery save and settings are stored locally on your device. STALL does not use Game Center, device sensors, an account, analytics, advertising, a developer-operated backend or third-party SDKs.
Removing a game may remove its local information. The developer cannot recover local progress because it is not held on a developer server.
Apple Game Center
In titles that offer Game Center, choosing to use it sends eligible leaderboard scores and achievement progress to Apple. Apple processes your Game Center identity and related service data under Apple’s privacy terms. Game Center is optional and the core games remain playable without it.
Purchases
Each game is sold as a one-time App Store purchase. Apple processes purchases. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
Tracking, advertising and third parties
The covered games do not track you across apps or websites, contain advertising, sell personal information or use third-party advertising or analytics services.
Children
The covered titles are general-audience casual games and are not specifically directed at children.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when another 99 Games Studios title launches or when a covered game changes how it handles information. The date above will be revised when that happens.
